To maintain proper updates of BookKeeping system
- to maintain updates of customer purchase in invoice summary
- to maintain updates of vendor purchase in purchase summary(includes assist to follow-up payment and updates of Account Receivables, Accounts Payable transactions)
- to maintain update of loan services
- to maintain update of service reports
- to maintain update of service contracts summaries.
- to maintain updates of company claim and other expenses
To maintain proper updates of Ordering System
- to prepare and process paperwork for purchase like preparing of Internal Purchase Request and Purchase Order to vendors.
- to prepare and process paperwork and arrange for delivery like invoice, delivery order, contracts, goods to customers
- to monitor stock-in and stock-out delivery, ensuring timely delivery from vendors, distributors and to customers
- to ensure proper filing of all paperwork received from vendors and customers like invoice, delivery order, contracts, etc.
- to prepare necessary documentation and forms to assist sales and administration like maintenance contracts and other service contracts.
To assist in office administration
- to handle telephone and email enquiries
- to maintain stationary and equipment
- to sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail post
- to assist in general office cleanliness like pantry area, schedule air con service, etc.
To provide assistance to sales in product and pricing enquiries if required
- to do simple follow up on enquiry by customer, only to be guided by Sales Manager.
- Minimum 2 years related of working experience
- Minimum NITEC or higher
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Email
- Knowledge to use QuickBook Online will be an advantage
- Systematic, organized and meticulous in work behavior and procedure
- Team player with good communication skills
